Dimu and Anastasiia were amazing. They mounted my tv, modified my console, and even helped me adjust my carpet! Truly above and beyond.

He set an appointment time. He then called to announce he can't come until evening or the next day. I'm desperate so went with the evening. He showed up late as hell and was rude. I was so frustrated I just asked him to leave. We have all had bad days but if you can't do it politely, don't do it. And also, book your appointments with some padding.

Yelp
Such good service! Really had my best interests at heart. Would definitely recommend!

Dimitri was great. He arrived within an hour of my phone call. If you are familiar with the Lovesac sectional they are difficult to put together. He had no problem and was very professional. I paid him double the charged amount.
