If the existing mount is unsuitable, the location needs to move or the wall needs attention, we explain the difference before proceeding. A new mounting installation or cable-concealment job has its own scope. Tell us where you want the old TV placed so the room is ready to enjoy when the replacement is up.

Send both TV model numbers, a photo of the current installation and any details you have about the mount. Mention whether the screen size is increasing and whether the TV needs to stay at exactly the same height.

Have the replacement TV accessible, keep its packaging until the work is complete and clear the area around the installation. Keep remotes and the devices you want connected nearby.
