Send the TV model or screen size, a photo of the mounted TV and a photo showing the space around it. Tell us whether the bracket should remain on the wall.
Clear a path and identify a stable place for the screen. If you want it packed, let us know about the box and packaging available. For an apartment move-out, share your access arrangements and appointment deadline.

Will you remove the wall bracket too?
Tell us whether you want the bracket left in place or removed. We’ll confirm that as part of the job before the appointment.
Will the wall look untouched afterward?
Removing a bracket can leave holes or reveal marks from the previous installation. Wall patching and touch-up painting are separate tasks; mention them if you need help finishing the wall.
Can you take away or recycle the TV?
Removal from the wall does not automatically mean transport or recycling. Let us know where the TV needs to go so we can confirm what can be arranged.
Should I book TV Removal or TV Swap?
Choose removal when the screen simply needs to come down. If another TV is going in its place, tell us both models and ask about TV Swap.
