Can you install a fan where there is no existing connection?
That involves more than mounting at an existing location. Describe the plan so the necessary electrical and installation work can be assessed separately.
Can you help set up the remote?
For a fan with a compatible remote, include that detail when booking. We confirm the control setup and review its operation with you as part of the agreed job.
Should I remove the old fan before you arrive?
No. Tell us what is currently installed so removal can be considered in the scope. Keep the location accessible and leave the existing installation in place.
Is your work covered by a warranty?
