He set an appointment time. He then called to announce he can't come until evening or the next day. I'm desperate so went with the evening. He showed up late as hell and was rude. I was so frustrated I just asked him to leave. We have all had bad days but if you can't do it politely, don't do it. And also, book your appointments with some padding.

Dima was wonderful. He set up the tv, hid the wires, set up ring doorbell and even fished out a green bean behind the stove. I will definitely have him come back.
